What was the highlight of Tango Inn Taipei Jihe

Very clean, staff is very nice and courteous. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice simple breakfast of fruit, small pastries, hot drinks. Location was excellent, across the street from train station, bus stop a short walk away, also close to Shilin night market. Also had laundry facilities (which I did not use but appreciated regardless).

The room, facilities, location was perfect. Its just beside MRT station

Payment system is confusing. A week before actual date the hotel charge my card. Upon check in they requested deposit. Already standby cash to put as deposit. But no receipt was issued. I made them to sign a receipt i made my own. Upon checkout, they said deposit will not be given back becoz it will be considered as payment. But a week earlier the card was charge. They said they have called the bank to cancel it. Weird. Why do they do that. Since i need the cash, in insisted them to give back the cash and charge my card again. I end up need to wait 14 working days to be reimbursed back. They shud simplified the payment system for the client. Payment should be straight forward and not make it difficult for the client.

Clean. Good location. Not cozy at all.

Good location . 2 bathrooms. The room was clean and neat.

Austere living room. The so-called attic had only one small window at the side near the corridor. You can see nothing when lying on the bed. We were disappointed since we were planning to have some fun and enjoy our holiday.

Perfect for a stay in Taipei next to Metro

Excellent location opposite Jiantan metro station. Top room appointments. Monster window overlooking the street. A common room available all day including complimentary breakfast snacks and washing machines. FTC

The window was sealed so no fresh air. Be aware that some rooms are internal with no window but others have a balcony

OUTSTANDING hotel choice for comfort, location, transport and price

Location across from metro was great and room was comfortable, but small, BUT BIG BONUS washer+dryer was great. We knew breakfast was limited but it was a bit too limited. Maybe some sliced cheese or meat and boiled egg would be nice. BEING ABLE TO WALK 2 blocks TO SOME MICHELIN RATED FOOD at the NEARBY SHILIN MARKET WAS OUTSTANDING!

Breakfast too limited. Otherwise no hesitation to stay again.

Very comfortable and pleasant stay.

The staff were exceptional, rooms were nice and clean, hotel was in a good location and they provided some provisions for breakfast even though it isn’t advertised as having breakfast included.

The decor in the rooms was a little tired in places but wasn’t really that noticeable.

Great location next to MRT, friendly and helpful staff (I didn’t catch his name, but the man on shift at 9.15pm on 5th Feb even hailed a taxi for us in the rain when they couldn’t get a hold of one on the phone due to the busy season), clean and modern room/bathroom.

Shower was flooding and we thought it was a blocked drain; we eventually figured out the drain cap was installed upside down and switched it ourselves. Not a huge issue but was the only downside to our stay, other than this it was a very pleasant stay and I would recommend!
